You don’t really have to have an excuse in Texas to BBQ but for some reason the food and events are so much better on Labor Day. I look forward to it every year because it’s a great day to get together with family and friends and celebrate the fruits of our labor. Being successful at what you do can sometimes come with great sacrifice, but family time and enjoying the little things in life, like Texas BBQ, is not one of them for me!
