Last week we had a team meeting at one of my favorite local coffee houses and our chosen Business of the Week, Crosswalk Coffee House & Cafe, in New Braunfels. We had the Bagel & Lox & an Americano coffee. The salmon paired with the cream cheese & capers was out of this world and don’t even get me started on their huge cinnamon roll with the most delicious icing.
